By accessing or using LinkStats ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
LinkStats is a tool that automates certain actions on LinkedIn (such as liking posts) on behalf of the authenticated user. The Service requires you to authenticate with LinkedIn using your own credentials.
You must have a valid LinkedIn account and agree to LinkedIn's own Terms of Service to use this Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of this Service complies with LinkedIn's User Agreement and applicable law.

LinkedIn may suspend or terminate your LinkedIn account if it detects automated behavior that violates their policies. LinkStats is not responsible for any such action by LinkedIn.
When you provide your LinkedIn email and password to the Service, you authorize it to use those credentials solely to authenticate with LinkedIn on your behalf. We do not store your LinkedIn login or password. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.
LinkedIn may change its interface, block automation, or suspend accounts at any time. We make no guarantees about the continued functionality of any feature.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkStats and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or LinkedIn account access, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
